About this house sitting position in WA

I have a lovely cosy magical 2 bedroom home right in the heart of Fremantle. I have a lovely fluffy tabby cat & a large low maintenance courtyard. I rent out the spare bedroom through air bnb, this helps pay some of the rent & is very easy to manage as it us only 1 room & bookings are generally at around 50% occupancy I would need someone that doesn't mind greeting guest's, changing sheets, & just basic housekeeping & laundry. Most guest's stay a few nights so it won't be on a daily basis!
The house is heritage listed so it is beautifully cool in summer & cosy coy in winter. It comes with reverse aircon, electric shower, eletric fire, eletric blankets,laundry,etc & it's literally 5 mins walk to the markets with public transport right outside the front door!
It would prefer one person rather than a couple and will only consider profiles with photos thanks.
