A lovely older style weatherboard home set on 30 acres of land 10 minutes from town. Large easy care garden. Happy for you to have pets. We require you to do some watering & minimal gardening, maybe even some mowing.
Would suit couple with their own caravan/ motor home with access to power & water. You are welcome to stay in the home as this is a long stay.
