We live right on the lake 8 minutes North of Bermagui in our own little piece of paradise with our rescue greyhound Molly,who is 5 years old. Our home is 2 minutes drive from the beach and 10 minutes drive from Central Tilba. Our home has all mod cons including ducted reverse cycle air conditioning,2 word fired heaters,2 bathrooms,one en suite,large living and kitchen area and stove with double oven/ There is a large deck which has sensational views through trees to the water which is only 40 metres away[a perfect place to launch a kayak.]Although the lake is good for fishing the area down from the home is a sanctuary one[no fishing[ but 250 metres south fishing is allowed] The sanctuary area ensures peace and quiet on the water,apart from the sound of swans or ducks as they cruise by or jumping fish at sunset.We also share the area with kangaroos and a great variety of birds.The home is on approx. 1 acre most of which looks after itself down to the water. There is fenced area where Molly can mouch around which requires mowing and an area at the front of the house to the street which requires the occasional mowing. There are plants on the deck and a really nice garden towards the front of the house which will need to be watered if no rain. Molly is a really affectionate dog who loves people but who does not like to be left alone for a lengthy period over the day and for that reason we would prefer a retired couple non smokers or someone who would be at home most of the time. Molly loves walks and going to the beach for morning or late afternoon walks. It is a beautiful area down here with everything that you would enjoy,beautiful beaches,swimming,cycling,bush walks,boating,fishing,farmers markets,cafes restaurants,doctors,yoga,libruary,supermarket,music and artistic area with a number of open studios.
