Our home is 7yrs old and built over 2 levels on a sloping block in a quiet neighbourhood. It has stairs and is not suitable for a wheelchair. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated office, laundry and covered outdoor entertainment area. The garden is low maintenance and small and would not require any upkeep except watering of plants. The garage is used as a workshop but there is room for 2 cars in the driveway (sloping driveway) as well as street parking in a low traffic street. Ducted heating and cooling and natural gas hot water and cooking as well as an outdoor kitchen area, BBQ and pizza oven. We are looking for someone to care for our 2 female French Bulldogs. They will be 13 months old when the booking commences. They are energetic and playful, and will require exercise totalling approx 1hr a day. This can be walks or just a play date in the local dog park.
