About this house sitting position in Wellard

Brand new 3 x 2 brick and iron home, Reverse Cycle Aircon. Small cottage block with rear garage. I have 2 Pug dogs one female (13 yrs) one male (6yrs) one cat (7yrs). Require house/pet sitters to live in prefer someone without any pets. You will require a car. Close to Shopping centres. Keep house clean, feed animals and walk dog (7yr old) at least once a day depending on weather. I will pay all utility bills. NBN internet . If you like gardening I have a small low maintenance native garden. Small lawn 3 x 2 metres mowed once a fortnight by Estate Managers.
