We have a 4-bed home on a 1400m2 landscaped block, within 15 minutes' easy walk to Wentworth Falls village and with the Falls, Leura and Katoomba short drives away.
The gardens would require some occasional hand-watering.
We have 2, 5+ y.o. dogs (Bentley & Monty - Bentley is a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen and Monty is a Fawn Brittany Basset). They are very friendly and are great mates. We have 2, 16y.o. cats (Bob, and big friendly short hair Tabby and Patsy, another friendly short hair black). All four are easy to look after. The dogs would require walking from time to time.
