About this house sitting position in Westminster

We are going away September 22-October 4. We have two cats that need looking after, as well as the usual house things: watering plants, checking mail, etc. Our cats are the most important thing though. They are indoor most of the time but are accustomed to going outside at least twice a day for 30-60 minutes at a time. We need a cat-sitter who is able to supervise them so that they don't leave our property and to make sure they don't chase after birds. This entails keeping a close watch on them, following them on their little walks up and down the driveway, and calling them home if they venture into the neighbours yard.
We have one bedroom available, room to park cars, dishwasher, wifi, streaming services, laundry with dryer, and three toilets.
