About this house sitting position in Wilberforce

Our home is situated in the beautiful Hawkesbury region of NSW at the foot of the Blue Mountains.
The block is 20acres of pasture improved land split into a number of paddocks with which we have four horses. There are 2 dams, a dressage arena, stables, round yard, a few paddock shelters, 4 friendly goats that eat the wild grass in the rocky gully and two small cows named Mooshoo and cricket (they are named after the characters in the Disney movie Mulan).
The house is a wood cabin with large open space living/dining/ kitchen area and multiple outdoor areas. There is air-conditioning to all rooms as well as fans.
There is a bricked courtyard and garden with seating and a fenced pool. There is also a large enclosed veranda with seating which is just stunning to relax in on a summers afternoon with a cup of tea or a cool drink...especially after a dip in the pool!
The pride and joy of our lives are our 7 dogs.

What we require is someone to stay at the house.
- Feed water, rug and generally care for the horses morning and night. Bring in for farrier if needed etc
- Feed the dogs of an evening (Juda who is 4.5months now may still be getting morning feeds)
- Keep water full for the dogs and cool
- Water small Garden

We do require someone who has prior experience with animals especially horses.

There is a grocery, fabulous butcher, bakery, chemist, petrol station, Bottle-O, florist and café 5 mins down the road.

10mins into the next town is the local train station, Woolworths, Coles, Target, stacks of fabulous cafes, pubs, a great ice creamery and busy weekend market.

There are cinemas either 25minutes, 40 or 45mintes depending if you want to go with Event, Hoyts or Reading Cimena's, all with large shopping complexes attached.
