Tidy 4x2 home on 730m block. Great neighbours both sides. Opposite a small but beautiful pine park. With some other beautiful parks in the area. Local shops a 15 minute walk or a corner shop across park. Very short walk to bus stops and two train stations walkable to someone fit.
We have an adorable pooch and he is one and a half year old so is still very bouncy and at times demanding in his need to play. But he has a lovely nature and is happy to be with you.
Looking for someone we feel happy to leave him and the house with and who doesn't mind giving him time playing a bit of tug of war and daily walks.
