About this house sitting position in Woods Point
We live in a very remote but Beautiful high country town in Victoria called Woods Point an old Miner’s town with so much charm and heart but a small community of 30 people.
We have a beautiful property that has 200 metres of the Goulburn river (more like a creek at our section) along the front of our property.
We have a beautiful Goat Rosie (over 20 years old) and an adorable Cockatoo George ( 70 years old) both who live outside but will take as much attention as you would like to give them.
Both just need some food and water each day and our green house will need a water every third day.
Otherwise your time is your own to enjoy our property, try your luck at Gold panning in the river or walk the 800 metres into town. There are a lot of nearby walks, hikes, our town museum or fishing. You can take day trips to near by places as George and Rosie are content once they have had their breaky. ( there is a town bus that goes to and from Mansfield) which is over an hour away.
