About this house sitting position in Yarralumla

We have a contemporary 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Yarralumla. We are looking for a house sitter from the beginning of February to the end of June. The house comes with an affectionate burmese cat. We would expect the house sitter to pay for their own gas and electricity consumption, and do some maintenance gardening (lawn mowing and watering). We are close to suburban shops, and the bike path around the lake to ANU and the city.
