About this house sitting position in Yarramalong Valley
This one is a bit different........!
We are seeking either a single person or a couple to look after our large, modern family holiday home on a long term basis. The home is used primarily as a family weekender and is located in a spectacular rural setting in the Yarramalong Valley, less than 10 minutes from the M1 and Westfield in Tuggerah on the NSW Central Coast.
You will have your own separate self-contained one bedroom flat (unfurnished) with outdoor decking and great views over the surrounding countryside in exchange for:
• Cleaning, maintaining and generally caring for the house
• Laundry of bedding
• Caring for the immediately adjacent garden and grounds
• Occasional liaison with external suppliers and tradesmen
This is a general guide only and the arrangements may be varied to suit. This house minding role is not onerous in terms of hours per week and would equally suit retirees or persons who are in existing employment.
Our previous house minder was with us for seven years! The person(s) we are looking for will ideally have had experience in a similar role; will be reliable; have a positive attitude; and will occupy the property in an unobtrusive manner.
