About this house sitting position in Yeppoon

Beachside property in Central Queensland ideal for relaxation and great beach walks. We are looking for house sitters for our 12 month sprint around Australia again before we properly retire. This is a small allotment with 2 pocket handkerchief lawns and three small garden areas, However we do have a few pot plants and a greenhouse for my begonias.
We are looking for a mature couple, for preference, who will maintain the garden and house in our absence. Definitely non smokers and no pets please. We have no room for caravan storage due to the size of the property.
We plan to leave mid to late April.
