2nd Floor Unit with 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, one room set as office space, secure single car park space available. Ocean view, walking distance to beach and Yorkeys Knob esplanade. Restricted key access, pool and tennis court in complex. We have 2x dogs - Chihuahua x Tibetan spaniel - Duke (6Years) & poodle X Tibetan spaniel - Bella (12 years) and a Green cheek Conure called Darwin. We'd mainly need someone to care for our pets, feed and walk the dogs daily. whilst we are away.
