Hi, I’m Joss. I'm a 29-yo researcher, writer and work-at-home full-timer. Why do I want to house sit for you? Well… after 1.5-years (and too many lockdowns) in a tiny, inner-city apartment, I'm ready to stretch my legs, explore more of Australia, and make some furry friends along the way.

As I near the completion of my PhD, I am seeking a quiet space where I can intensely focus on my writing. As a result, I will be a very quiet house guest. I'm a runner so exercising your energetic dogs will be no challenge for me. Have a pet that prefers a snooze and cuddle instead? no worries! I'll be looking for plenty of company while I spend my days at your home writing.

It’s important to me that your pets feel comfortable. This is why I like to discuss all of your pets needs like routine, diet, grooming, socialising, and training.

In 2019, I used this site for a sitter to care for my home and two cats while I was in Europe for 3-months. This is why I know how important it is to feel confident in your sitter. I want you to feel confident in me! This is why I like to meet or video call before my stay.

* previous pet owner, but currently do not have pets
* enjoys gardening
* will require reliable internet and space to work from your home with my laptop
* not confident with snakes or large animals like horses, sorry
