Wanted -- Care taking Position

Due to my father having a terminal illness, my wife and I are seeking 6 to 12 months accommodation in the Grafton area. We are 37 and 45 years old and also have a 12 year old very quiet dog that sleeps all day.
We have renovated 2 houses so repairs and maintenance are not a problem.
Can look after most animals including horses and cattle and are happy to maintain lawns and gardens. We are very clean, tidy people.
We also do have a caravan we could use but would need to have a toilet, shower and some power .
If we can't get a Care taking or House sitting position then we would be chasing somewhere cheap to rent.
