Hello everyone,

My name is Nick, I am 28 from Sydney. Educated in Engineering and Finance, I am currently in the process of establishing an online business. As its pre-revenue I am hoping to find free accommodation in the form of house minding. In return I would love to mind your pets, and am happy to provide any household or gardening duties.

Please do not be deterred by my age. While I am 28, I like to think I am wise beyond my years. I have lived out of home for the past 10 years and am very domesticated. I will absolutely respect your home. I am not a party person and rarely drink. In my spare time I like to read and exercise (I run every day and train for half and full marathons).

If you have pets, I am more than happy to take good care of them. I am both a dog and cat lover!

My girlfriend is Swedish and is currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. She is equally dependable and respectful.
