Hello

We are Caroline and Guy, a mature friendly couple.

Caroline is a registered nurse at a large hospital in Melbourne and Guy is a retired accountant, now driving taxis.

We are quiet and respectful of other people and their property. We have rented many properties in France on our annual holidays on HomeAway and Airbnb in the last four years and the owners have always been satisfied with our tenure in their apartments and houses. We can supply recommendations upon request.

The reason why we are seeking to look after your property is because our landlord requires the townhouse to live in from 1st March. They have been very good to us and their property inspections have always been favourable.

We both love animals so its not a problem to care for your family pets if that is required.

As our work hours vary, one of us will almost always be home except for a couple of hours in the afternoon. We hope that gives you comfort that the home is not going to be vacant for days or most of the day or night.

We assure you of our best efforts to maintain any garden that you wish maintained. Guy used to live on an acre so is used to trees, shrubs etc.

We are available from late January 2016.
