Hello,
I am a single white aussie man 58 years old currently living in Engadine and happily retired. Having owned my house for 40 years, I understand the care and
security needed in keeping a house maintained. There is always something to do. I am used to pets and consequently I believe that I would be able to take great care of yours. I am available for any length of house sitting and will provide both personal and professional references if required. I will do my best to take good care
of your property. I am available from 1 March 2016.

I have just handed in my Sydney water ID pass , ASIC pass from Sydney Airport and a MSIC from Ports. So I'm not in a hurry to do checks after 40 years of going through the hassle. Thats why I retired too much paperwork but if needed I will get a Police clearance. Certainly can prove drivers licence ,rate notice, bank staemnet etc
I have recently left Sydney Water after 39 years. I am wanting to start a new role with less pressure and to work locally.
One of the main reasons for my exit from Sydney Water was due to the length of time spent travelling. My depot was at Daceyville and on most occasions the travelling time to Engadine was close to three (3) hours each day.

I have spent most of my career in a compliance role traditionally known as Trade Waste inspector, then Trade Waste Officer, then Customer Service Officer-Trade Waste and most recently appointed to the position of Business Customer Representative. In these roles I became familiar with plumbing and liaising with many agencies and people regarding multiple issues.

I believe this is an ideal new start for me as I only need to occupy myself with part time stuff and don't require money as I am on a modest super pension. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to do house sitting for you. Ring to discuss if you want. Read more...
