Luke and I left Sydney and our professional careers four years ago to see more of Australia and make our lifestyle/work balance more of a priority. Our adventure thus far, mostly travelled by yacht, led us to Townsville where we have settled for the last 12 months.

With plenty of free time to ponder our future together we decided it was time, once again to see more of our magnificent country so we plan on spending the next 12 months exploring different corners of this country before deciding on a place to settle.

We both love animals, especially spending quality time with them and getting to know all their interesting quirks and characteristics. We also understand the maintenance needed to keep any house in good condition and have taken pride in the presentation of the homes we have owned and renovated. We don’t mind hard work and looking after your home and/or larger surroundings doesn’t faze us. I was raised on a sheep station and Luke is a bit of a self-proclaimed handyman.

We must mention that we have our much loved dog, Ruby. She is a very well trained, extremely friendly, obedient and very quiet nine year old English Staffordshire. She is fully housetrained and used to contained environments as she too travelled on board a yacht for three years. Ruby has a happy demeanour, socialises and plays well with other dogs and grew up living with cats. We have included her resume within our application.

In short, Luke and I make a great team; we are dependable, respectful, organised, meticulously clean, easy-going, kind and considerate, so you will be able to holiday in peace knowing your fur babies, home and grounds will be well looked after. Whilst we care for your home we will communicate with you on a level that you feel comfortable with to make sure your time away is stress free.

We are very flexible with house sitting dates, so if for some reason you need to shorten or extend your time away we should be able to accommodate that.
