More information about this house sitter

Hi, my name is Barbara and I am an Australian midwife. We are returning to Melbourne after spending a few years overseas. Husband Mike is a retired engineer, extremely handy with fixing things, anything, around the house if necessary. Great guy to have around!
We want to spend 2016 doing house-sitting assignments (preferably month-long or more), while we get a feel for the housing market before settling down. I will be working in a hospital in Melbourne's Southeast, while Mike will be working from home.

We are financially secure and own the house in the profile picture, so we know all about that "My home is my castle" feeling! We are experienced in whole house care (and pool care), and can reassure you we would be attentive stewards of your home, too.
We love dogs and had pets of our own (Staffie and Dachshund), though none right now. We would care for your pet, per your instructions, and give them plenty of affection and time. Lawn and garden care also no problem, happy to care for a veggie patch as well.
