Experienced and Open-minded House sitters.

We are a responsible and non-smoking family of three from Denmark, who have been living the dream of traveling, working abroad and volunteering for the past 10 months in Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Australia.

Currently, we are located in Melbourne, Australia.

We are all three very open minded, curious and positive by nature. Previous we have traveled in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Venezuela, USA, Spain and Australia together on longer trips.

We chose to live locally, and we where lucky to meet some fantastic people in Sri Lanka, and lived with a local family for one month. We did some small jobs, and we got an understanding of the culture and natural environment. We believe that the best way to explore the world is to meet the local people and get involved in their daily life.

We have lived in Western Australia from 2007 to 2009, and have traveled extensively around in all Australia for longer and shorter trips both before and after our stay. We have basically covered the whole coastline.

We are all great fans of animals, and we have always had pets in our house in Denmark. They have all been an important part of our family and life. We have had cats, dog, birds, horses, snakes, frogs, lizards, fish, guineapigs and rabbits. We have always had our own house, and we are used to take care of both the garden and house.

As we have traveled a lot, we know how it is to leave your furry friends behind. We will therefore make sure that you always know how it is going with your furry friends, and we will give you the ability to relax when you are away from home. In addition, we would have lots of time to spend in and around the house to keep your pet company and maintain security.

We would treat your property with the utmost respect, taking good care of your garden, and maintaining security. We are also a tidy family who would keep your home very clean.

A little about us;

Christian (47 years), is this IT-kind-off-guy, who can help with everything from fixing a computer, setting up Internet, developing websites or videos. But he also has a great passion for nature, teaching, and cooking. He is also a great photographer. He loves to go for a walk about in Australia, and he knows quite a bit about the Australia's special animals and plants. He dreams about becoming a nature guide. He has had his own business for the past 5 years within nature, technology and coaching.

Sarah (22 years) is a great rider, and she loves all kind of animals. That includes reptiles, something her dad had taught her For the past 6 years, she have spent all her spare time riding horses, and showing horses for western riding. She is planning to study the Bachelor in Fine Art. She is a great artist, and she has done several art assignments on our journey.

Christel (44 years) is also a rider, and have a great passion for horses, international education and learning about new cultures. She is also a hobby painter, a writer and have an interest for organic gardening. She dream about having a lifestyle that include meeting new people, learning about new cultures.

Both Sarah and Christel are horse people, and are use to taking care of horses. We are all both dogs and cat people - and we have had several of them in the past.

But what is most important about us is that we are open for new experiences, flexible and our greatest mantra is always to give it go.

We have done several housesitting job in Australia, and we can provide written reference upon request.
