- Employed as a manager for a company on the Nothern Beaches for over 10 years
- Work hours range from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Excellent rental history with references
- Current Australian police check available

Meet Keyah - Female 44
- Recently returned to full-time university study to pursue a dream
- Flexible study hours range from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Currently studying from home and able to tend to animals on a regular basis during the day
