More InformationI'm a very tidy 42 year old non smoking female who loves Animals.
I'm a proud mum to my 23 year old daughter Kayla, who works and studies part time, and my 15 year old son Heath, who lives one week with his dad and one with me. We also have a rescued pooch, Sophie and Indian ringneck parrot, Alfie who was also rescued.
Recently we moved into my parents, which will now be our base home for the remainder of the year whilst I'm undergoing treatment for Cancer.
I'm wanting to make the best of a not so good situation.....so this year, the Whitehills are on an Adventure!!
Prior to my cancer diagnosis I was an active triathlete and worked full-time. I'm still quite active now, training most days, so I have more than enough energy to keep your house in order and walk pets. I'll be on leave from work for the remainder of the year, so I'll be home most of the time.
As mentioned I do have a dog and parrot, the parrot will not be joining me on house stays, my pooch, Sophie, would love to join me.......only if possible....
Sophie is very sweet, well behaved and loves other dogs she also gets along with other animals, including the parrot, however, if unable to stay that's okay as my dad will be spoiling her I'm sure of it!
It will depend on the location and length of stays if either of my children will stay as my daughter also has house sits of her own.
I believe its important to meet face to face before agreeing on a house stay to ensure suitablity and put the home owners (and furbabies) minds at ease. I'd keep in contact with as much or as little updates the home owner would like to keep their minds at ease whilst they're away.
I'm happy to answer any queries you may have.
