About this house sitting position in Albury - Thurgoona

Hello happy house-minders,

I am going away overseas for seven weeks from 18th June 2018, and am looking for a house-sitter to start from probably as soon as beginning of June to at least mid August.
I do not have pets, but I have a "baby", I just opened a small massage and natural therapies clinic with two treatment rooms, that needs about one to two hours daily of TLC.

The clinic needs:
- daily: vacuum, mop, clean toilets, clean wash basins, empty bins, replenish toilet paper etc.
- daily: wash and dry clinic linen (washer and dryer on site)
- daily: prepare reception water & tea, answer phone and email, take bookings
- weekly: take bins out
- next to no gardening

There is a bedroom and bathroom for the sitter.
There can be no cooking during clinic hours, because of food smells, there can also not be any loud music.

I am looking for a gentle soul with an understanding of natural therapies who would like to put their personal touch in, maybe someone who would also be interested to do a couple of hours of (paid) reception work in the mornings.
