About this house sitting position in Balga

My house is a small 2-bedroom with 2 bathrooms, one room has double bed and one room a queen bed. The small unit house is on a triplex block being the back house. The security is very good. I have a gate and roller shutters security doors and windows. I have 2 old dogs age 12 years old, Bella is a poodle cross Cock Spanel and Jessie is a King Charles cross pom. They are house trained and there is 2 dog doors for front and back for them to have access to do their business. They are fed once a day and walked once a day for about 20 mins give or take.
The outside garden is self-watering so that is not needing to be maintained. But there is about a dozen pot plants that need water once a week. I would only be interested in one person or a couple for this as my place is very small.
