About this house sitting position in Ballina

I am looking for a house sitter from 06/07/17 to 07/08/17 to look after my dog/cat/house . My dog is a small maltease/shiz cross who loves his daily walks, companionship and meals :) The cat is independent but will need feeding/cat litter change. I live in a 3 bedroom/2 toilet/1 bathroom townhouse with garage in West Ballina. There are amenities approx 300 metres from where I live such as a pub/bistro, supermarket, bakers, chemist, butchers etc but if you want to go into town/beaches you will need a car (approx 5-10mins) or it is a short walk to the local bus stop.
