Plenty of parks to go for a walk and a supermarket within walking distance.
City access by public transport is either by a bus/tram.
We have a 7 year old cocker spaniel who loves to be around human and go for walks.
The main requirement would be to keep him company during the day and be able to walk him twice daily.
