About this house sitting position in Brunswick West

A cosy little ground-level unit nestled amongst the peaceful suburbs of Brunswick West.

Mr Phoenix is a 7 y/o staffy kelpie cross & Miss Lolita is a 3 y/o short hair domestic tortoiseshell kitty. They are both friendly, sweet & curious fur children who love all of the cuddles & attentions.
They are quite low maintenance & only need to be fed once a day. Phoenix needs to go for a walk once-twice per day. Lolita needs her litter box cleaned once a day.

I do like to mention that Phoenix can be a little territorial (barks a lot) & over excited when new people arrive at the house, but he is not aggressive at all & is very gentle & sweet once he calms down after the initial meeting.
Although as he is an alpha male dog, there are certain boundaries & rules that need to be kept in place for him to remain feeling balanced & secure, so it's important to me to have a sitter who is capable of upholding those.

I would appreciate if the apartment can be given a quick clean & back to the state that it was when you arrived.
