About this house sitting position in Carnegie

Smallish 2 bedroom unit. 80s style not renovated but always clean and neatly presented. Have two cats, female, both cats are pretty much indoor cats. One because she is 17yo and has arthritis in her back hips. And a 10 yo scaredy cat, who warms to you after a while. We have a litter room off the kitchen in the laundry that needs special attention every two days, however, if the mats and poop is scooped promptly there is very little problem with hygeine. We keep up with it stringently so there are no bad odours. We live 300m from main st and a wide variety of shops, grocers and 3 supermarkets including Aldi. All the mod cons included like internet, smart TV etc. Lots of great parks and cafes in the area. You will never be bored and public transport is insanely varied.
