1 FEMALE ONLY PLEASE. 2 story townhouse on block with 2 more residences, quiet court location. Guest bedroom downstairs. 1 km walk to Merlynston train station, 1.5 km to tram on Sydney rd. I don't have Wi-Fi as waiting on NBN
Need to look after my lovely but shy puss Sunny, he does not take well to any males so sorry, single female only. He will need to be an inside cat when I am away as he is unlikely to come home if strangers are in the house. That will not make him happy, but will keep him safe. Litter tray will need to be cleaned out as required. Request that Sunny is well looked after and home as clean and tidy as when I leave. A neighbour could help out if can't be here every day.
