About this house sitting position in Coburg

We live in a cute weatherboard cottage in Coburg. There's a large garden out the back with a comfy day bed to have a sundowner in the afternoon. We are minutes away from Nicholson and Lygon st shopping and with a tram stop to the city 1 minute from our front door and beautiful Merri Creek reserve a minute in the other direction. We have fast wifi. We have a sweet little ginger cat called Elroy. He's pretty chill and spends most of the day getting into adventures in the hood, but likes to cuddle up at night. We're in need of a sitter over the holiday period! 1 master bedroom with queen sized bed, 1 baby bedroom with cot. There is aircon in the dining/kitchen, but not in other rooms. Good cross ventilation, but can heat up after a few days of 40+ degrees.
