Nice little house with a nice garden, good sized block in a quiet streer, small watertank pool to cool off in, low maintenance garden in dec/jan.
1 medium sized dog that loves to hang with people and needs a walk at least every 2nd day but preferably every day.
House is close to nightcliff beaches for walks and dog park less than 10 minute drive away.
She needs a feed for bfast and dinner.
Sorry no other dogs as sage can be protective of her space and we don't like making her feel uncomfortable in it.
House is owner built, spacious and comfortable.
