About this house sitting position in Coolbellup

My home is a neat (and very cute) three bedroom character home with floorboards through out. There is a large backyard with patio. I have no expectations of garden maintenance by anyone who stays.
I have a very loving red heeler x called Ruby. She's a people lover and wants more cuddles than exercise. She prefers being inside than out and is a very chilled out lady.
I have to go away at short notice which is why I'm searching for a house sitter.
