About this house sitting position in Coolbellup

We have a lovely 3 bedroom home with a beautiful peaceful garden. We live 10 minutes drive from the beach and have one friendly cat and five chooks, who provide us with fresh eggs daily. We a have nice verandah for sitting out on warm days and a covered in back patio surrounded by ferns for rainy days. We are just over 10 minutes to Fremantle by car.
We have a lovely 21 year old female student who is living with us. She is totally committed to her studies and as such does not have much time to attend to the house and animals.
