About this house sitting position in Florey

I have a lovely light and spacious 4 bedroom home with private yard with covered patio perfect for breakfast or BBQ's.

I am looking for a house-sitter who can look after our dogs, Bella (Japanese spitz) and Obi (kelpie) but also to be a presence in our home and do some gardening while we're away.

Being a kelpie, Obi needs a good run. He also has a mind of his own and it may be difficult to get him to come back for someone he doesn't know. The local dog park is 4.5 km away, so it would be good if you are able to take them there regularly with a ball.

Please note that cute, little, fluffy, dog Bella, can be a bit nervous around some men and bark. She doesn't bite, but she can be quite intimidating. If you're nervous around, dogs, I wouldn't recommend this house sit.

There will also be a couple staying in the master suite. The master suite is fairly self-contained except they may use the kitchen for cooking. There aren't any responsibilities related to this. I'm just letting you know they will be there.

We are a short drive/bus ride to Belconnen Westfield and Lake Ginninderra and its beautiful walking tracks. It's 1km to the local shops which includes many places to eat, a cafe, a bakery, a supabarn, doctors and a chemist.
