About this house sitting position in Frankston

Lovely 2 bedroom unit small quite complex of 7 only surrounded by outdoor garden area. Very close to local shops.
Only 10 minute drive to beach or Bayside/Karingal shopping centres.
Required single female only to look after my 11 year old male cat. Outdoor cat by day but must be inside at night due to Council Laws. Unfortunately very nervous around males.
Also collect mail, water small garden, mow lawn ( only once), general maintenance on garden to keep tidy.
