About this house sitting position in Hamilton Hill

We have a cosy house in Hamilton Hill less than 10 minutes from Fremantle and the beach. There are buses that can take you directly to Fremantle from our home. However, we are currently in the process of renovating our kitchen. By the time you arrive our cabinets will be fully installed and we are hoping our stone benchtops will be in, however we don't think we will be able to get plumbing and electrical connected before we leave. Therefore you would be coming to a house that is not fully functional. This may suit someone with a caravan or someone just looking for a place to sleep while you explore the area. We do have a lot of kitchen appliances that are still functional (air fryer, toaster, microwave, kettle sandwhich press, BBQ etc), and washing up can be done either in our outdoor sink or in the bathroom sink. The other thing is the house is a littlbe bit disorganised at the moment because of this. Currently our living room is full of kitchen items (we will hopefully get these out so there will be a functioning living room, 2 bathrooms, main bedroom and dining room). The bathrooms are renovated. We have a little backyard, which is really not looking it's best at the moment unfortunately, but there is an outdoor table you can use. We also have a cute little mini fox terrier cross jack russell named Lulu and a little ginger cat named Ziggy. You must be a dog lover and ideally also a cat lover. Both pets need to be fed twice a day and Lulu goes on daily walks (usually to Manning park), but we also have a local dog park that is a5 minute walk away. Both pets are fully toilet trained. Ziggy is an indoor cat, so doors cannot be left opened etc. Lulu is quite shy around new people. She should adjust to you quite quickly we hope.
