Small 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house with aircon, internet/foxtel/netflix etc. Medium fenced front yard, small paved enclosed rear courtyard.
5 minutes walk from large shopping centre - Southland which has a bus transport centre with buses to everywhere, 5 mins walk to recreation oval/park & indoor swim centre.
10 mins walk from 2 train stations, 10 mins drive to nearest beach.
We have an 8mth white male Maltese Shih Tsu, almost fully toilet trained who enjoys short walks around the neighbourhood and play time.
We are camping in a national park so can't take Arlo with us.
