About this house sitting position in Kensington

Looking after a special basset hound: Elsa. for a single responsable sitter.

The address:
The house is located in Kensington, walking distance from station. 10 min. drive to cbd or 2 stations from cbd.
The house: 1 bedroom house with a small garden, easy to maintain, with plants which will need to be watered

I have a 12 years old basset hound. She likes to walk everyday, (30 min. minimum). Luckily, there is plenty of parks in the area, all walking distance. Elsa needs to be fed twice a day. She doesn't need any medication but she needs to sit on her Bailey chair when eating as she has developed megaesophagus 2 years ago, she needs to stay in this chair for 30 min. after been fed. she is happy to go for walks, 1/2 hour or more, she is very fit, for an older dog, despite this digestion problem. I would like the house to be looked after and left in a neat and tidy way, same way as I will leave it.

The preferred candidate will be a 40+ year old woman- preferably someone who works from home or part-time and of course who loves bassets! I definitely would prefer asingle person.
No smoking/ no parties.
