About this house sitting position in Lathlain

We are travelling for the month of July and require someone to housesit our two bedroom home (with very LARGE games room) which comes with an added bonus of a black Labrador Max who requires two walks (as least) per day. We need the house to be treated as if it were your own. We would prefer no visitors be brought to the house and that to keep the house tidy, put out bins once a week and bring in mail. Very low maintenance! Our house is around a 150m walk to the closest bus stop which takes you either direct to the city or the airport.
