We have a lowset 4 bedroom home with a self contained queen bedroom,toilet,shower. cooking is electric inside or gas outside on a covered patio, weber family q barbecue,single wok burner & small camping type 2 burner & oven, also on the patio is t.v. + Foxtel Foxtel is also inside. water is rainwater only, 50,000 ltrs, (we've never ran out). the main requirement would be to water plants in pots & in the ground. that water comes from a dam approximately 600-700 mtrs from the house as well as tanked rain/dam water caught off sheds. (we fill with dam water when rain is not enough) which is 3 x 1000 ltr tanks 1 has electric pump, the other 2 are taps for buckets. pump at dam is petrol, runs for 3-4 hrs so can water everything with hoses while pumps running or use the stored dam water. we have 6 dorper sheep that look after themselves, they use the dam for water. It would be for security reasons to try and be home as much as possible and keeping the garden going & general tidiness. can supply photos.
