About this house sitting position in Maroubra

We are hoping to find someone to house sit our 2 bedroom unit in Maroubra beach, whilst looking after our cat “felix”. We have a nice bright and tidy space around a 10 minute walk to the beach. Located between south coogee and Maroubra there are multiple cafes and local shops within a short stroll, some great bakeries, pubs, boutique stores and plenty of good beach options. There is also ample unrestricted street parking and bus stops nearby. The apartment is located on ground level with private courtyard entry, this also provides a small usable outdoor space with bbq. Large modern lounge with 60” flat screen TV, and open plan kitchen diner with ocean views. It’s a nice chilled space to spend time and offers a great base for exploring the eastern suburbs.
