4 bedroom house, 2 x lounge rooms, dining area, study area, kitchen, laundry bathroom plus an en suite. Large back verandah overlooking a good sized back yard within a bush setting. 5 min drive to nearest station , bus service within the area with bus stop at the top our street. Beautiful walking trails to the cliff outlooks with walking distance from house. 1 x domestic short haired cat plus 1 x dog(cross kelpie/labrador) , dog will need to be walked daily. Pot plants on back verandah will need to be watered weekly . Shops/ cinema and shopping centres are within 5 to 10 mins drive from house.
