“My family enjoyed looking after the house and pet but unfortunately the owner was not very nice. I accommodated her date changes but wasn’t happy to accommodated I had a family emergency on the morning I left. Which in hindsight I should’ve cancelled. I explained I would be late. But then she used this in a review as a way to complain. She also sent abusive massages & phone bombed me while I was trying to return a lost dog that got into her yard assuming it was my dog to let me know no other pets were allowed. When I explained not even an apology was given. Even after I left the house clean and everything as we left it besides washed sheets & towels which I hung out the night before she still never thanked me. Instead accused me of leaving broken glass which was untrue. ” - Read more
