3 x 2 villa in Nollamara. Close to shops and public transport. Only 10kms from the city, 10 mins from the beach, or 15 mins from Swan Valley.

I have a 12 year old English Staffy (Pepper) to care for - she is an inside dog when I am home. Although 12 she still has a bit of energy- a daily walk will keep her happy. She loves... and loves to be loved (as all staffies do).
I have a number of plants out the back that will require watering every second day - the plants out the front are fully reticulated so nothing needing doing there.
