Victorian weatherboard house situated on a corner in quiet suburban street in Oakleigh with secure off street parking, security system, small backyard, modern kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms and central heating. Walking distance to bus, train and local shopping centre. Our dog is a caramel coloured 10 year old border collie who is an inside/outside dog, who is friendly with a good temperament, independent, doesn't need constant attention and easy to look after. She is content to be left unsupervised during the day. Looking for non smoker who can look after pot plants and garden.
