About this house sitting position in ORMISTON

Feed and walk my dog twice a day and give tiny rewards during the day.
Water the pot plants and garden.
Keep my small, but comfortable and practical low set house with an alarm tidy and clean like your own.
We have a small veranda at the front, facing east and another with a heater /fen, daybed and cafe blinds at the back.
The kitchen and lounge are an open plan with a short corridor to the bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet.
We have lovely bush walks only a few houses down and a 5 minutes walk to the sea edge with mostly mangroves. Bakery, cafe and a couple of restaurants are a short walk, train and bus station are a 10 minutes walk. A couple of shopping centres, hospital and ferry to Stradbroke Island (dogs are allowed on the ferry) about a 10 minutes drive.
Reverse cycle air conditioning, leather lounge, TV and radios, washing machine, dryer, parking for you in the driveway or on a quiet street outside the house
