Well kept tidy 2 bedroom unit located a 20minute walk from Eastland and Ringwood train station along with a 6minute drive to eastlink.
I have a 3 year old indoor cat who needs to be looked after. He needs to be fed once a day in the evening. His water and dry food just needs to be topped up and his poo box changed. He is a very friendly cat who lives to play.
There is no need for gardening. Bins will need to be taken out once.
