About this house sitting position in Sandy Bay

We are looking for a house sitter/couple to look after our two Spoodles and cute cottage for 6-8 weeks starting the beginning of September (flexible timing can be discussed).
We are located in Sandy Bay, which is only 3 km from Hobart CBD. It is a quiet and safe location and our house is in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, cafes and the beach. We are a short drive away from many walks and, of course, all that Hobart has to offer.
You’ll be looking after our two 10-year-old dogs, Max and Molly. They are indoor dogs who love human company, so ideally we are looking for someone who would want to spend some time each day in the house. They enjoy a daily walk and like to sleep in the same room as their people. Max needs to be given a tablet with food in the morning.

Our house is comfortable and cosy, especially in the cooler months when the fire is roaring in the sitting room. We have a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen and laundry and we can set up a desk area if that would be useful to you.

Outside we have a courtyard garden which is pleasant to sit in on a sunny day. We'd like our house sitter to water the pot plants a couple of times a week, but other than that it is very low maintenance. Read more...
